Required Documents Checklist
- ✔ Photographs
- ✔ Four (4) passport-size photographs of the student
- ✔Two (2) passport-size photographs of each parent (both father and mother)
- ✔One passport-size photograph of the person who will regularly drop off and pick up the child from school
- ✔ Transfer Certificate (Required if the student is transferring from another school)
- ✔ TIN Number (Required if either parent is a government employee)
